Radio Strap 5 Year Warranty:

We have thoroughly tested our Nylon Firefighter Radio Straps for durability.  Any Homeland-Six Tactical Radio Strap that meets the following conditions can be exchanged under our pro-rated five year replacement warranty.

• Our warranty covers only the Radio Strap, and does not cover other products such as holsters or sway straps, accessories, shipping or fees.  Pro-rated exchanges are subject to availability, and must be a Radio Strap of equal or lesser value.  You must submit your invoice and packing slip to make a claim, and may be required to return the product to us.
• The Radio Strap cannot be modified, and must be returned in its original condition.
• Embellishment such as embroidery, reflective and/or glow strips are not covered under the warranty unless there is a manufacturing defect of the materials. 
• If you receive a Radio Strap in damaged condition you must contact us immediately upon receipt of any damaged goods.
• If you have made an error in the specifications or type of product ordered you are responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees.  We strongly recommend utilizing shipment tracking as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
• Items that pass their warranty expiration may not be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanged or substituted items may not be eligible for a new 5 year warranty.
• H6 Tactical at it's discretion may opt to repair any broken piece on the strap to the extent possible.  

Pro-Rated Formula

• The formula we use to pro-rate the cost of the replacement is 20% credit per year remaining of the 5 year warranty.  
• Credit may only be applied toward the purchase of a new strap and refunds are not allowed. 
• Only one pro-rated exchange allowed per strap originally purchased.
